The Meet in Cheltenham team are here to support and help you as an event organiser in bringing your conference or business event to Cheltenham. As well as being able to help with finding a venue (at no cost to you) and overnight accommodation for your delegates, we can also support you in many other ways.

We can provide advice and travel information to help your delegates in travelling to the area by rail or for those arriving from overseas.

Along with finding a venue for your event we can also help with restaurant recommendations and help with social or partner programmes. Cheltenham offers a range of team building and corporate hospitality which can enhance your event in many ways.

We can also provide added extras such as maps of the town and visitor guides to organising corporate gifts sourced from the local area for your team or attendees.
