Travelling around Cheltenham and the Cotswolds

Known as The Festival Town, Cheltenham is a mix of the traditional and the new.  It’s not only the UK’s most complete Regency town but also has world-class festivals, an array of attractions and a thriving business and visitor economy.

If you are attending a conference in Cheltenham and are here for a few days or would like to enjoy the town and it's variety of heritage history or you just want to relax in green open spaces, Cheltenham has many beautiful spaces to enjoy whilst you are taking some time to yourself away from a full event agenda.  

Cheltenham is also an ideal base to explore nearby Cotswolds villages set in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and home to some of the most historic and famous towns and villages in England. The quintessential Cotswold stone buildings in beautiful villages such as Bibury, Broadway, Stow on the Wold, Moreton on Marsh and Bourton on the Water are definately worth a visit.
