Tourist information

Maps and printed guides are available from most cafes, restaurants, and hotels in the town centre. Visitors and residents are also welcome to visit the reception area at the Municipal Offices between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (10am-5pm Wednesday) where maps and town guides are available, digital screens share up to date information on what's on and where to go in Cheltenham, and printed tourist information is available to collect.

The Municipal Offices reception also hosts two telephones alongside two self-service PCs which can be used to find tourist information on the Visit Cheltenham website, or to book tickets for local attractions.
