Over the years, their signature Volcano Roll has become one of its most talked-about dishes, gaining a cult-like status amongst diners who just can’t seem to get enough! In 2022 they challenged their creative sushi chefs to conjure up a new vegan Volcano Roll that would hit the same moreish, must-have notes amongst the meat-free community.
And the results didn’t disappoint, so say ‘hello’ to KIBOU’s Yasai Volcano Roll, featured below. A 10-piece futomaki sushi roll, stuffed with red pepper and avocado, then dipped in tempura batter, fried and drizzled with their own very special KIBOU sauces! Yum.

The Coconut Tree is a bar and restaurant offering authentic Sri Lankan street food and sweet and fiery cocktails in a stripped back street style venue.

Pho, brainchild of husband-and-wife-team Stephen and Juliette Wall, brings the vibrant taste of Southeast Asia to Cheltenham's Brewery Quarter.
Pho, as the name implies, specialises in Pho, a delicious rice noodle soup that is the national dish of Vietnam. Their menu is filled with with a plethora of vegan options, with tofu, mushrooms and THIS Isn't Chicken providing flavourful alternatives to their meat filled counterparts.
