Family Friendly Events Cheltenham
If you're visiting Cheltenham with your family in tow, it's good to know you can keep them entertained. Of course, there are lots of family events happening all year, and a lot of things you can do for free with kids too (our parks and gardens are exceptional for example!), but having been awarded The Best Place to Raise a Family, we also know what we're doing when it comes to entertainment.
From small, one-off community events, to regular family-friendly happenings, our list below includes a wide array of events. More are added all the time, so remember to check here before you book and add things to your itinerary (use the heart button on each event page).
A key annual highlights include The Midsummer Fiesta, which sees Montpellier Gardens transformed into a bustling party place, with live music, events and a funfair. It happens every July, and is a great day out. Be warned though, although admission is free and you can do lots for nothing (sports, activities and music), there are craft stalls and funfair activities which you will need to pay for!
