MUSE Brasserie, is a modern european restaurant which opened in Cheltenham May 2019 and is now Cheltenham's number one rated restaurant on Tripadvisor. 

Latest news by the MUSE team April 2021 - "MUSE Brasserie are excited to announce that it will be opening for outdoor dining on the 16th April. We are lucky and privileged to be offered the courtyard at Formal House, St Georges Place to provide our diners with an intimate dining environment that meets all the current government regulations. 

There is a new menu which can be found on our website and social media channels. Although we are at the mercy of the weather, we hope we can begin the Cheltenham diners into normality. Muse@Alfresco will be available every Friday and Saturday for dinner bookings throughout April and May subject to any further changes to the guidelines".

MUSE Brasserie is located at 60 St George’s Place, adjacent to the Thai Emerald restaurant, Muse Brasserie brings together a world of innovative flavours to classic and modern European dishes under the careful eyes of award-winning chef director, Franck-Jean-Pierre Grillet and continental chef, Pramod Tirungari.

MUSE, which means “inspiration”, is a reflection of Franck’s Michelin Star culinary journey, leading with a classic French theme but spices from the Indian subcontinent and Far East play a big part in adding a subtle twist to those well-known European and Local British favourites.

Carefully selected ingredients from some of the best local producers and farmers, a typical dish on MUSE Brasserie’s menu may be a Blood Orange Glazed Duck Breast, with Baby Vegetables and Sweet Potato Mash or a Cod Loin with Bombay Purple Potatoes in a mildly spiced Moilee Sauce.

A modern restaurant, MUSE is ideal for intimate occasions as well as large family or corporate events. So, whether it’s a leisurely lunch, a sophisticated evening dinner, or a flight through the tasting menu, MUSE Brasserie is the perfect place to enjoy great food and wine in a wonderful setting.
