Join Smokey Joe's for a playful evening of sharing humour in a cosy space. There will be a great lineup of comedians including:
PRESIDENT OBONJO is a comedic genius who has spearheaded a revolution in the comedy industry. With his larger-than-life personality and unapologetic comedic style, he has captivated audiences, garnered awards, and pushed boundaries. As he continues to lead the charge for change, President Obonjo's comedic genius shines brightly, leaving audiences in awe and paving the way for a new era of comedy
TAL DAVIES
Deadpan Brummie scumbag (her words!) and natural storyteller. An emerging comedian and writer, known for blending toe-curling anecdotes with dry observational humour, delivered with a warm, likeable stage presence and a deadpan Brummie accent. Her sharp writing has also been recognised by BBC Writersroom, and she was recently commissioned to write a comedy drama short for BBC Three, as well as being selected for the BBC Regional Voices programme.
DYLAN CHAND – A rising star with a fast-paced style, sharp wit and an array of accents; Dylan brings a unique and exciting performance to the show. He explores his Indian upbringing and the challenges of relationships.
JOANNA SUROWIEC – the Huddle's host and Polish import who shares hilarious take on life in the UK. A down-to-earth comic who loves to make people laugh.
Doors open 7.00 pm for 8.00 pm start but why not come early for a drink or a bite at Smokey Joe's? It's a wonderful family-owned place with great food and a long history. If you'd like dinner, please aim to eat before the comedy starts. Book a table early by contacting Smokey Joe's. Please aim to finish eating before comedy starts. The food won't be served during the comedy night.
