Works to evolve Holiday Inn Express Cheltenham into the next generation are now complete as the hotel unveils its new look, after benefiting from an £800,000 investment.
Holiday Inn Express is the ideal base in Cheltenham for both business and leisure guests and the ground floor and bedroom refurbishments have enhanced the warm welcome extended to all visitors with its refreshed look and the addition of modern furniture, interiors and art.
All works at the hotel, which is operated by the UK’s leading independent hotel management company, RBH, have been undertaken to bring it in line with Holiday Inn Express’ Generation 4 standards.
The hotel has seen around £500,000 invested in improvements to 132 of guest rooms alone and newly refurbished additions to the ground floor and public areas ensures everyone is catered for.
Guests can now work from the new high stools and tables with connectivity or integrated iPads, watch news or the latest sporting events from the wall mounted LED TVs or simply relax in front of the new feature fireplace.
A new buffet island on the ground floor provides catering from morning until late alongside the new Generation 4 fixed coffee station.
Akshay Karkera, General Manager of Holiday Inn Express Cheltenham, said: “The works have transformed the hotel to position us at the forefront of excellent and affordable accommodation in Cheltenham.
“We can now cater for business, leisure and family guests with ease - offering an even better all-round guest experience.”
