Idris Elba wows crowds at Dunkertons Park

Actor and DJ Idris Elba performed last weekend at Dunkertons Park, Cheltenham. Owned by Cheltenham entrepreneurial couple Jade Holland Cooper and Julian Dunkerton.

Idris performed to the crowds with all proceeds going to his charity, The Elba Hope Foundation. VIP guests included Jade Holland Cooper, Julian Dunkerton, singer Pixie Lott and her husband Oliver Cheshire and PR guru Matthew Freud.

Most people will know Idris for his starring roles in Luther and The Wire. Before becoming an actor, he had an established career as a DJ and has continued to perform, and last weekend at Dunkertons did not disappoint!

Dunkerton Park is Gloucestershire’s largest cidery, home to Dunkerton Cider it now boasts various outside food vendors (Bella Mia Pizzas, The Woozy Pig, Bombay Street Food and Humble Kusina Asian street food) alongside a farm shop which is a showcase of organic deli goods and Daylesford produce, it is also home to La Boulangerie Artisan Bakers and Waghorne’s Artisan Butchers.
