The twenty two key individuals worked across the full theatre operation from non-exec directors to box office and programming to technical support and were each recognised for each achieving 20 years’ service. In all a combined 450 years of expertise and skill was shared amongst the group, all invited to attend a gala dinner in recognition of their long service and to celebrate the extraordinary achievements of the exceptionally dedicated team.

The event was hosted by the theatre’s Chairman Clive Thomas and also welcomed past Chief Executives, Philip Bernays and Geoffrey Rowe, whose leadership and vision helped shape the company's journey over the last 20 years. Their presence, alongside the current Chief Executive, Mark Goucher underscored the continuous legacy of excellence and dedication that the theatre upholds.

“We are incredibly proud of our staff and their achievements. This event was testament to how much we value each member of our team. We enjoyed an evening filled with joy, laughter, and a deep sense of appreciation for all that everyone has done to make our company what it is today.”

“This event was more than just a dinner; it was a celebration of the loyalty, hard work, and dedication that our staff have shown over the past two decades. It was an opportunity for us to come together, reflect on our shared journey, and look forward to the future with renewed enthusiasm and commitment.”

Said Mark Goucher, CEO, Everyman Theatre.
