Experience the magic of the Christmas Grotto at Webbs, Cheltenham

The most enchanting season is upon us, and Webbs in Cheltenham is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its Christmas Grotto on Saturday, 30th November 2024. Step into a winter wonderland filled with seasonal surprises, magical experiences, and festive fun for the entire family.

This year’s grotto promises to delight visitors of all ages as they join forces with Santa to save Christmas! Mervin Sneakybottom, the mischievous elf, has misplaced Santa’s Nice List, and he needs your help sorting out the mess!

Grotto Highlights

Meet Santa - Visit Santa in his cosy living room, share your Christmas wishes and snap a memorable photo. Children who’ve been extra good can select a special toy, including plush teddies, craft boxes, or board games. Babies can enjoy soft toys or Baby Shark bath puzzles.

Winter Wonderland Adventures - From waddling penguins to a cuddly mama polar bear, Cheltenham’s Grotto is packed with magical characters. Be sure to visit the reindeer stables and create a batch of secret magical reindeer food!

Festive Fun with Mrs Claus - Get hands-on with cookie decorating, but watch out! Licking the spoon might just land you on the naughty list.

Spot Mervin Sneakybottom - Keep your eyes peeled for the cheeky elf swapping the Christmas tree star with a rubber chicken. Spotting him could earn you extra Nice List points!

• Adult admission: £3.00
• Babes in arms are free but do not receive a gift. If you'd like a gift for them, the full admission price applies. Complimentary carer tickets are available for each paying disabled visitor.
