Based just two minutes from the M5 Junction 11 and GCHQ, Beechurst Serviced Apartments offer you the choice of five stunning serviced apartments, each with their own entrance, parking, and facilities.

Despite having a 24/7 self-check-in, owners and hospitality duo Angie & Steve are on site to support you with an exceptional stay if you need anything.

Housed in a converted Victorian farmhouse, each apartment retains many of the stunning original features including high ceilings and sash windows, creating an airy, spacious feel, and each has been finished to an extremely high standard with quality fittings. The apartments suit business or leisure travel, and guests can stay as long as they want, from a few days to a few weeks.

They have retained much of the character of the building and furnished each apartment with a mixture of up-cycled and new. Each apartment has a bookcase of books for your pleasure, has smart TV’s and fast free WIFI. 

They signpost their guests to all the great restaurants and take-aways, of which they have a really great choice, and details for all services locally together with information for exploring the Cheltenham and the Cotswold’s. 

They are proud to be in Cheltenham and encourage all their customers to takes advantage of the many festivals that are held here.

Each apartment comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, including hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and microwave, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, a double bed, and bedroom furnishings including a full-size wardrobe, superfast WiFi connection, access to a shared laundry space including washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, smart TV, fully adjustable electric heating, off-street parking space, and own entrance.

Each of the apartments has a unique Cheltenham theme, incorporating aspects of some of Cheltenham’s famous faces. Beale is named after Suffragist Dorothea Beale, an original feminist and advocate of education for women. Wilson is named for polar explorer Edward Wilson, who died as part of Scott’s expedition. Holst is themed for Gustav Holst, resident of Cheltenham and composer of classical music pieces including The Planets. Hamilton is named for Lillias Hamilton, student of the Cheltenham Ladies’ College and one of the first women in Britain to qualify as a Doctor.

Environment, Social and Governance has been prioritised in the way that they do business, as an operator with purpose beyond profit, a commitment to environmental sustainability, and dedication to ethical employment. In December 2023, they were certified BCorp, an independent verification process for businesses as a force for good.

They became the first Serviced Apartment operator in the UK to be BCorp certified, and the first accommodation operator based in the South West. Read more.
