Their 8-week course is designed to improve your overall fitness, strengthen your whole body, tone your muscles, and improve your cardiovascular fitness and flexibility.
Their expert coach, Angg Woo, is a holistic well-being coach with over a decade of experience as a personal trainer. You'll learn about the muscle and mind connection and how to perform resistance exercises correctly and safely for the best results.
They'll be using a range of equipment, including :
dumbbells
kettlebells
TRX
resistance bands, and more.

Starts May 9th and runs until July 6th
Every Tuesday and Thursday at 7 am
