Cheltenham Racecourse
Cheltenham Racecourse is the Home of Jump racing, with 360 spectacular acres nestled in the beautiful Cotswold hills.
Cheltenham is at the heart of almost every aspect of Jump racing and is where owners, trainers, jockeys, stable staff and breeders dream of having winners. This is the place where the most prestigious and iconic races are run and where many stars of the future go through the sales ring. But most of all, this is the place where equine and human champions forge their reputations.
As always, there is much to look forward to across the season with 16 exciting days of top-class Jump racing. Hundreds of thousands of racing fans come to Cheltenham every year, but you don't need to be an expert to enjoy the thrill of racing.
We begin our Jump racing season with The Showcase in October, followed by three days of excellent racing at The November Meeting. If you’re looking to celebrate the festive period, make sure you join us at The Christmas Meeting in December, followed by welcoming the New Year at our New Year’s Day Raceday.
As we thunder through the season, we have the largest Jump race meeting held at Cheltenham firmly in our sights, The Festival in March. January provides an excellent opportunity to see some past, present and future stars of The Cheltenham Festival just before at Festival Trials Day in January.
The Festival in March is the pinnacle of the Jump racing calendar. Join over 265,000 racegoers for the Jump racing event of the year and witness history being made across four extraordinary days of racing.
As the end of our racing season approaches, The April Meeting is the ideal opportunity for a quieter raceday experience at Cheltenham. This leads us nicely onto our season finale Race Night, with live music acts and an evening of racing you won’t want to miss.
Cheltenham Racecourse is an iconic amphitheatre of sport with such a variety, from the hustle and bustle of The November Meeting and The Cheltenham Festival, to quieter racedays such as The Showcase and The April Meeting.
If you’re in the local area of the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire and Cheltenham and it co-incides with a raceday? Be sure to join us as it’s an experience you won’t forget.
See you there!
