Join Smokey Joe's for a playful evening of sharing humour in a cosy space. There will be a great lineup of comedians including:
Fantastic Headliner – Jonny Cole who's been to the Comedy Huddle before and left no dry seat in the house – a charming, talented, hilarious musical comedian.
Champion of the Black Country, Jonny Cole is one of the most unique, exciting and hilariously funny acts to come out of the Black Country and unstoppable force in musical comedy. Comparisons to Jasper Carrott and Tim Minchin (depending on the reviewers age) tell only half the story.
Jonny Cole is packing out comedy clubs everywhere. With his individual patter and commentary on life, coupled with his original songs, he is being described as a 'breath of fresh air'. Never forgetting his 'Black Country' roots Jonny has written original songs about life, love and loss (his Xbox) with hilarious results. Delighting audiences of all ages.
Katie Penfield - Self deprecating single mum of two boys, exploring the nightmare of dating when you've let yourself go.
Stephen Dodd - big brummie (his words) with a big heart, and even bigger one liners – not to be missed!
Jon Wagstaffe – the MC who doesn't need introduction at the Comedy Huddle, unstoppable force full of cheekiness and wit, regularly making us cry with laughter.
Doors open 7pm for 8pm start but why not come early for a drink or a bite at Smokey Joe's? It's a wonderful family-owned place with great food and a long history. If you'd like dinner, please aim to eat before the comedy starts. Book a table early by contacting Smokey Joe's. Please aim to finish eating before the comedy starts. The food won't be served during the comedy night.
