Road Directions

By car:
The Bacon Theatre, Prince Michael Hall and Tuckwell Amphitheatre are just minutes from the Junction 11 on the M5 and only 1½ miles from Cheltenham town centre.

The Bacon Theatre and Prince Michael Hall are accessed via the Hatherley Road entrance to Dean Close School. Simply follow the brown tourism signs from either end of the Hatherley Road. For satellite navigation purposes only, enter the postcode GL51 6EP. The Tuckwell Amphitheatre is accessed from Shelburne Road (GL51 6HE) which may also be approached from Hatherley Road. There is free on-site parking available at both sites. Please be aware that spaces cannot be guaranteed during busy periods so please allow plenty of time for parking.

By rail:
The Bacon Theatre is ½ mile from Cheltenham Spa railway station, with direct links to London Paddington, Birmingham New Street and Bristol Temple Meads.

By Bus:
Buses 97 and 98 from Gloucester stop in Hatherley Road near to the Bacon Theatre drive. The 94 bus from Gloucester stops on the Lansdown Road. The D bus from Cheltenham stops in Shelburne Road.
