Enjoy FREE half-term family wellbeing activities and information event, Monday 21 February 10am – 4pm at The Brewery Quarter, Cheltenham.
Heads Up Cheltenham, the local awareness campaign for mental health and wellbeing, will be providing activities and information at The Brewery Quarter, Cheltenham, on Monday 21 February, during the half-term holiday. As well as being supported by a variety of partners, including the NHS, sharing information regarding mental health and wellbeing services in the area for children and young people, there will also be opportunity to pick up details of local wellbeing walks offered by local initiative Go Outside.
There will also be mindful arts and crafts activities for children, as well as entertaining demonstrations and workshops with local circus performer Thomas Trilby, as he shows how circus skills can help build concentration, confidence and help develop resilience.
The Heads Up Cheltenham team will also be joined by Cheltenham Borough Council’s Inspiring Families Officer, who will be there to talk to and find out from local families what kind of services and activities they would like to see in the town this summer, as part of 2022’s Summer of Play.
Councillor Victoria Atherstone, cabinet member for culture, wellbeing & business, said: ‘’Our health and well-being has never been more important and this event offers an excellent opportunity for residents to find out more about the range of support, information, groups and activities available locally. It’d be great to see lots of families pop over to say hello, make some art or just enjoy the circus skills.’’
Families are invited to visit the Heads Up Cheltenham space at The Brewery Quarter on Monday 21st February between 10am & 4pm.

Razap I already understand the fact that now everyone should think about spending more time with the family, arrange for her some interesting and unusual events with music and so on. I can say for myself that here https://ww.poptop.uk.com/glasgow/suppliers/world-music-band/ceilidh-band/ can even order live music, one of the very cool music groups. And then the party gets better.
